I usually take 2 hrs before anything might happen. Lasts through the next day. Just kinda gives an extra spark and less worry about anything not happening when you want it to.

I was not sure about its effect but they really work and give u a lot of energy . I never expirienced any side effect like headaches or sth related . They give a lot of energy and u feel very proactive

To be honest, when I first tried this product, I was skeptical, but I was surprised. At 40, my sex life is different than it was when I was 20... Now!
